Basics 101

Are you brand new to mountain biking? You’ve not taken your bike out this year yet and want to be comfortable standing on your pedals, gearing, braking smoothly and doing easy corners.

This program is for women who want to learn the fundamentals of riding in a fun, safe, professional, and supportive environment.

You will learn bike components and bike safety as part of this course.

Included:

  • 3 in person coaching sessions on the bike.

Fun of Fundamentals

Have you been riding your bike and want to learn the fundamentals of riding?
You are not really a true beginner but you want to learn the skills of an intermediate rider.
Don’t you worry we will get you there with the fundamental skills of gearing, braking, climbing and descending as well as easy corners. We will be riding at a slightly faster pace than our beginner camp which is why we call you the plus riders.

Included:

  • 3 in person coaching sessions on the bike.
